Make Up Removal

Hey bloggers,

Don't you just hate it when you wake up with 'panda eyes' or get mascara all over your pillow? You wake up with that disgusting feeling... don't worry, Maya and I have some tips for you.

1) REMOVAL OF MAKEUP

  •    Depending on preference, make sure you invest in some effective makeup removers - these could be either makeup wipes, cotton pads etc.

  • To try and remove your mascara more effectively, try blinking onto the makeup removal pad/wipe...it sounds weird we know, but it works. You could also close your eyes and wipe from the top of the eyelid and down your eyelashes - the excess mascara may come under your eyes which you can simply wipe away. Repeat until satisfied :).

  • If you wear foundation, make sure you remove ALL of it...yes...all of it.

2) SKINCARE

  • Once removing your makeup, you want to prevent your skin from feeling dry - it is sometimes harder to apply makeup on drier skin the next day.

  • Use your favourite exfoliator and moisturise your skin when possible. If you find that you don't have enough time to do this on a regular basis, you can try and find makeup removers that hydrate and care for your skin.

Sorry for not posting in quite awhile; Maya and I have been busy revising for exams. We will get back to normal soon. Good luck to anyone else doing there exams!
